"I called Janet Fernandez’s office and Chris answered the phone. He was professional and courteous. He listened to the issue I was having with my mortgage company and needing additional flood coverage. Chris took down my information and it seemed like a matter of minutes, he was calling me back with the updated policy and sent it off to my mortgage company for resolution. "BEWARE!!!! I had a policy with this office for a year after which they raised my rates when I had no tickets or accidents. I canceled my policy on August 9th and it’s three weeks later and have not received my refund. Terrible customer service! Update: I received my refund today and they shorted me $12."

"I rarely do reviews but I would like to congratulate Tatiana on her amazing work . She has been answering each email the same day and worked very efficiently. What a suprise when she called me after the sale of my house to make sure that i was reimbursed from my property insurance , when i told her it was still not done two months after the sale she contacted them and I had the check 15 days after ! We have always had a good experience with state farm which we have been using for the last 24 years but Tatiana went above and beyond giving us that “ state farm is here !” Experience."
